Covent Green Ltd is a Scotland-based property company focused on sustainable urban regeneration. We were founded by a developer with hands-on experience delivering and managing residential projects in South East London — including licensed HMOs and full refurbishments.
Our work centres on two key areas:
Urban Regeneration – We revitalise commercial buildings and brownfield sites, converting them into high-quality residential and mixed-use developments.
Site-Led Development – We source and fast-track the delivery of sites with existing planning permission, creating efficient, sustainable projects that meet local needs.
